Bio

As a Coach, my primary objectives are to enhance athletes fitness levels and to ensure their long term safety and well being. I am dedicated to guiding others towards a healthier lifestyle. I am grateful to be a part of the coaching staff, the community at Valkyrie Fitness and to live on the beautiful South Coast of Oregon. 


I attended the CrossFit Specialty Course for Weightlifting in 2013. The dedication to improving my coaching abilities demonstrate my commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals safely & effectively.
