In addition to signature strength training and outstanding group fitness classes, Valkyrie offers several membership types for experienced athletes, including discounted membership for Active Duty, Veterans and First Responders.
Just Dating is a membership that is limited to 3 classes per week. This excludes Movement Focus Workshops and Open Gym.
